We’re so glad you decided to give our yarn company a look. We try to keep our wholesale terms easy for even a smaller shop to purchase whatever they need at the time. This page contains general wholesale terms. For wholesale rate, please register your account below. When it’s approved, your account will be given wholesale buyer status which allows you to see the wholesale rate as well as to place your wholesale order.
We encourage orders to be placed on-line when possible because it saves us inventory time and reduces the potential for error in our inventory, but if you prefer voice or email contact, we’re just as happy to work with you. You can order as many as you need, whether in-stock or not. To activate your wholesale account, we need only to verify that you have a brick and mortar store-front. While the form contains a lot of fields to fill, we require only:
- Your name
- Business name
- Business phone
- Business address
- Your state sales tax number*
*If your LYS is outside the US, or if you live in a state that doesn’t have a sales tax, please contact me after completing the registration form.
Wholesale pricing will take effect in your shopping cart when your wholesale order totals at least 20 skeins. You may order as many or as few skeins of a colorway as makes sense for your business to reach that minimum. If you want to order yarns not currently in stock, please order a minimum of 2 skeins per colorway. You may split that between as many bases if you wish. We’ll ship your paid in-stock order the same or next day.
You may order through each individual yarn page where you’ll find a shopping cart works in the usual way. For larger orders, the simplest and fastest way to order may be to use the Wholesale Order Sheet on this site which allows you to see thumbnails of the yarns in list format, quantity in stock, price, and a check box to add the things you want to your cart without being bounced to the cart page each time you add something.
In stock orders are shipped within 2 carrier business days (usually same or next). Shipping is actual shipping cost and we invoice for that when your order is packaged, weighed and the mail piece has been produced.
