This Meadowcroft Dyeworks handpainted fingering weight yarn is variegated in bright, clear hues of cinnabar and garnet, flame orange, bittersweet and canary, emerald and olive, aubergine and merlot.
The 30% silk in this luxurious SW merino blend glistens in a way that’s reminiscent of sunlight on the snow, and the simple single-ply is smooth and strong.
This colorway pools; that is to say, it’s not uncommon for the same color to stack on top of itself from row to row, or even to create a spiraling effect especially when working in the round.
