A Meadowcroft Dyeworks handpainted lace weight yarn inspired by the colors of patinated copper: fiery marigold oranges, rust and burnt sienna, deep teal and turquoise, grey-blues, verdigris and olive, cabernet and chocolate.
The 100% merino wool is a dream to work with and so soft you can’t help but squeeze it.
This colorway pools; that is to say, it’s not uncommon for the same color to stack on top of itself from row to row, or even to create a spiraling effect especially when working in the round.
