A Meadowcroft Dyeworks handpainted sock yarn inspired by the colors of patinated copper: fiery marigold oranges, rust and burnt sienna, deep teal and turquoise, grey-blues, verdigris and olive, cabernet and chocolate. Its one quarter nylon content lends strength and durability to this high-twist four-ply, while its superwash merino base keeps it deliciously soft.
This colorway pools; that is to say, it’s not uncommon for the same color to stack on top of itself from row to row, or even to create a spiraling effect especially when working in the round. We’re working away from colorways that pool. Unless this is in-stock, it can only be ordered by an approved wholesale account, and then only in quantities of 6 or more. There’s no minimum order if in stock.
