This Meadowcroft Dyeworks handpainted sock yarn is a phosphorescent psychedelic trip punctuated with patches of black and deep purple. The special fluorescent dyes of this colorway actually glow under black light.
The decadent single ply blends 70% superwash merino wool with 30% silk, yielding a yarn with the most extraordinary hand and the eye appeal of a candy store to a child.
This colorway pools; that is to say, it’s not uncommon for the same color to stack on top of itself from row to row, or even to create a spiraling effect especially when working in the round.
