This Meadowcroft Dyeworks handpainted sock yarn seems almost to glow from within as brilliant, glimmering flame oranges and yellows peek through cinnabar, oxblood, and burgundy that in places approaches black. This stunning high-twist single spun from 70% SW merino and 30% silk is remarkably soft, and shows off color like nothing but silk can. It shimmers with brilliance and clarity, and the silk’s natural sheen reflects back light as though from within.
