This Meadowcroft Dyeworks handpainted silk blend yarn is combines violet and fuchsia with strawberry, bittersweet, and canary, interspersed with charcoal shadows and pale silver-moon highlights.
The 30% silk in this luxurious SW merino blend glistens in a way that’s reminiscent of sunlight on the snow, and the simple single-ply is smooth and strong.
This colorway pools; that is to say, it’s not uncommon for the same color to stack on top of itself from row to row, or even to create a spiraling effect especially when working in the round.
