This Meadowcroft Dyeworks handpainted super bulky yarn combines quiet purplish hues – aubergine and mauve, cornflower-grey and lavender – with golden yellows – butter and caramel, tea and toast.

The smooth single-ply runs thick ‘n thin and displays colors at their most painterly, combining cushy soft superwash merino with 20% nylon for added durability.

This colorway pools; that is to say, it’s not uncommon for the same color to stack on top of itself from row to row, or even to create a spiraling effect especially when working in the round.
